Erick Horton
Erick is a military veteran who built his 15-year career leading cybersecurity operations within the intelligence community and international defense programs. Managing high-stakes digital environments taught him that real security isn't found in a box of software, it’s built on clarity, trust, and protecting what actually matters.
Erick founded Grey Team LLC to bridge a critical gap in the industry: while startups and regional companies face the same sophisticated threats as the Fortune 500, they are often priced out or overlooked by traditional security firms. He believes every organization deserves genuine protection, regardless of size or budget, because cyber threats don't discriminate between a three-person office and a nationwide operation.
Maintains certifications including CISM, GSLC, CISSP, SANS FOR578 (Cyber Threat Intelligence), CECI, and NSA Cyber Network Defense/Red Team Certified.
Joshua Yang
Josh is the architect of Grey Team's digital infrastructure, responsible for developing our core applications and tools. As a military veteran with a background in cloud security and progressively working on generative AI security architecture, he brings a mission-first, results-driven mindset to software development and security.
Josh built Grey Team's technical foundation from the ground up. He ensures our internal systems are as secure as the environments we assess for clients. His engineering expertise provides the engine that allows Grey Team to deliver precise, objective, and client-driven results.
Vincent Reese
Vincent has spent the past 20 years safeguarding senior leaders, critical infrastructure, and classified facilities in some of the world's most challenging environments, from overseas conflict zones to domestic operations. He's created large-scale security plans, thwarted sophisticated facility breaches, and led complex protection efforts that have saved lives.
After years of working with big budgets, Vincent noticed a gap: small businesses, daycares, clinics, and community groups face the same threats as Fortune 500 companies but often lack the same level of protection. He joined Grey Team Foundation to bring the same proven security methods used to protect government facilities to the vital businesses and organizations that make our communities strong.
